At Amida.lk, we are committed to customer satisfaction and stand behind the quality of every product we offer. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help through our flexible refund and exchange policy.
Eligibility for Return/Exchange
You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
- The product is defective, damaged, or not as described.
- The wrong item was delivered.
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The request is made within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Please note: Used toners or opened packaging are not eligible for return unless the item is faulty.

Please include your order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and images (if applicable). Our customer service team will review and guide you through the next steps.
Return Shipping
In the case of incorrect or defective items, Amida.lk will bear the cost of return shipping. For all other return reasons (e.g., change of mind), customers are responsible for the shipping costs.
Refund Policy
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will:
- Approve and process a full refund via the original payment method within 5–7 working days, or
- Approve and process a replacement item, based on your preference and stock availability
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer once details are verified.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Opened or used toner cartridges
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Bulk/custom dealer orders (unless defective)
Exchanges
If you need to exchange a product for a different model or compatibility, our team will work with you to find the correct match. Exchange requests must meet the same criteria as returns.
